I'm Riding to End AIDS

From June 1-7, 2008, I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS.

Help me support the San Francisco AIDS Foundation by giving what you can. We'll keep riding until AIDS and HIV are a thing of the past.

FUNDRAISE, FUNDRAISE, FUNDRAISE !!!! and then train, train, train.

I've gotta thank my friend and co-rider Jen for keeping me going this past weekend on the ride. and i said... "when did you become such the climber and I such the complainer?" LOL yes, it's true!

Well everyone, help me surpass by fundraising goal!

Next training ride, this Sunday.

Bryan's Blog

this is my first blog entry.... and i'm glad for it to be with ALC. i was going to do the ALC5 ride a couple years ago. but had to back out the week before. even though my fundraising goal was reach i was going through some personal changes in my life and knew the ride would have been too much. i'm so happy to take another chance at completing something i've dreamed of for several years. you see, i'm going to be riding with the "postive peddlers" this year, and will feel a sort of freedom that i have yet to feel. i have been positive for over 7 years. yes my family, and close friends know. but still feel some sort of public shame that i am hoping to shed from this tremendous activity. i made some foolish choices while i was younger, and contracted the HIV virus while abusing drugs. I have been on track now for over 5 years, and working on more. i'm not only doing this ride to help others and make a difference in their lives, but i believe that this will make a big difference in mine.
