I'm Riding to End AIDS

On June 1st, I'm embarking on my third, 7-day, 545 mile, San Francisco-to-Los Angeles, AIDS/Lifecycle ride. I'm doing it because I believe from the bottom of my heart that it will make a difference in the life of at least one person living with this disease. That's why I'm doing it.

Please help me support the HIV/AIDS services of the Center by donating what you can. Let's all keep riding and caring until AIDS and HIV are a thing of the past!

No amount is too small and every penny will make a difference.

Together, everything and anything is possible!

Rei (5/23/08 5:20PM): Per your request, "To the old man on the bike, please don't have a heart attack." I'm kidding~!!! You will cruise through that finish line like it ain't no thang. Thank you for being such an inspiration to those (like me *ahem*) who support the cause, but are too chicken to ride with cars or go downhill. ;) Have a great ride and pace yourself on those greyhounds!! P.S. Do I get upgraded to a "1" now? GO~ Miguel!!!

Dean (5/22/08 3:41PM): You go boy!!! See you at the finish line!!

Brad (5/16/08 11:26AM): A wise man once said...I hope that your ride is mostly downhill! But seriously, you are once again making a commitment to a very honorable cause. I wish you the best. ¡Tenga un buen viaje!

Nicole Lawson (5/09/08 5:43PM): Migue-loo,

You're once... twice... three times a rider! As always, I'm proud of you for embarking on this strenuous bike ride for such a worthy cause. You have my full support, best wishes for a gentle breeze every now and then on those hot days on the road, and a ride home... unless you're up to pedaling some extra miles. See you at Mile 545. :)

Heather Jones (5/08/08 6:59PM): Miguel, I truly respect and admire you for taking on this endeavor. Best of luck!

Chris E (5/07/08 10:34PM): Miguel, congratulations on completing 2 centuries on the Santa Barbara Ride! You were amazing on Saturday - despite all those flats and mechanical problems, you just kept going and going - all the way to SB! You have so much heart and determination, and it was an honour to ride with you.

Shemika, Sean and Kasmira Jones (5/07/08 12:30PM): On behalf of the Jones family, I wanted to wish you well as you participate in this year's upcoming Lifecycle ride. I am SO very Proud of you and although we don't get to chat or hang out all that often anymore with our busy lifestyles, know that you have my support year-in and year-out. Just promise to take care of yourself as while this is a VERY worthy cause, your health comes FIRST! Enjoy the ride and please be sure to take another breath-taking photo so that I can hang it next to last year's photo in my office at work. Similar to your former 2 rides, Kassy and I will be at the finish line awaiting you to make the triumph dash across!!!

Cindy Pon (4/30/08 6:30PM): Miguel -

i can't believe you still have the endurance to go through with such a long bike ride after such a long sedate busy season. good luck on your efforts and when you are at SF, give me a call and i will take you out for a drink.

Cindy
