joe has been telling me what a tremendous undertaking you have been involved with training for this marathon . i am so impressed and feel so proud of you. it's an unbelieveavble commitment and cause and i think you are doing so with great valor. it's worth the great pain to your poor rear end each time you train, and i am sure, when the marathon actually takes place. it must feel good to be doing this with a great group of people and the comraderie is what will keep you going on the actual marathon event.
stay well and take good care of your self. you are my brother in law, you know! love, laura

(So I'm not the only person who fights with you about bangs!)
