AIDS/LifeCycle raises more money in the fight against AIDS than any other annual event and funds life-saving programs and services at two of the nation’s largest HIV/AIDS organizations, the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

The Los Angeles LGBT Center has been a leader in battling AIDS and caring for those who are HIV-infected since the earliest days of the pandemic. The Center's Jeffrey Goodman Special Care Clinic offers low or no-cost primary and specialty medical care and distributes more than $25 million worth of HIV medications to those who can't afford treatment.

San Francisco AIDS Foundation works to end the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the city where it first took hold, and eventually everywhere. Established in 1982, its mission is the radical reduction of new infections in San Francisco. Through education, advocacy, and direct services for prevention and care, the foundation confronts HIV in communities most vulnerable to the disease. It refuses to accept that HIV transmission is inevitable.
