We have made it easy for your friends, family and associates to make donations to your fundraising campaign.
- You can collect checks directly (make sure you have a completed donor form and include your participant number on each check), or
- Donations can be submitted electronically on our website (www.aidslifecycle.org/donate/).
- Direct donations can be sent to your personal Home Page
- Create an e-mail signature that directs donors to your personalized donation form (see instructions)
Donors can choose to make a series of payments with a credit card -- make sure to mention this when you ask for donations.
All donations should be sent directly to the address located on the donation form to ensure that the money is processed correctly. We promise to work very hard to ensure that the maximum return for each dollar raised goes to HIV/AIDS programming.
You can check your fundraising progress on our website through your Participant Login. Totals will be updated frequently, but there will be a short lag time between receipt of the donation and posting on the site so please, be patient!

We recommend that you have your pledges
in by this date to avoid standing in long lines on Orientation Day. We cannot
guarantee that pledges received after this date will be credited to your
account by May 30 -- Orientation Day. For those of you who might not have reached
your minimum, or for those of you who have not surpassed any incentive goals we
have offered, we recommend that you bring pledges that you receive after this date
with you to Orientation Day.

Orientation Day and Pledge Deadline.
You will
need to have reached the minimum of $3,000 by this date to participate in the
event. The Pledge Office will be at
Orientation Day to receive your pledges.
