AIDS Lifecycle - Ride to end AIDS

AIDS/LifeCycle 2017
Tent Assignment Instructions

AIDS/LifeCycle provides all tents for the Ride. No outside tents are allowed. Two Participants will be assigned to each tent. You may select any Participant who meets the online tenting requirements as a tent mate, regardless of whether they are a Cyclist or Roadie.

At Orientation Day Check-In, you’ll receive a tent chip with a letter and number that corresponds to a location on the Tent Grid AND to your specific Gear Truck you’ll use all week long.

Every Participant MUST receive a tent assignment if they plan to stay in camp even one of the seven nights. If you will be staying in hotels all six nights (princessing) please let your Participant Rep know so your gear can be assigned to Truck P.

If you do not use online tent assignment, you will be assigned a tent at Check-In on Orientation Day.
