Register as an individual Cyclist or Roadie (you may choose to join a team later by contacting your Cylist Representative or Roadie Manager). If you already know of a team you want to join. If you know you want to be a team captain and haven't already registered, you can sign up your team and register as a Cyclist or Roadie at the same time.
