We'll be in touch!

Welcome to the information section of my Staff Page. Throughout the year I'll be updating this portion of my page with links to inspiring stories and helpful hints to help you have a successful AIDS/LifeCycle!

You'll find news about HIV/AIDS and the services provided by the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, which we encourage you to share with your potential donors to illustrate how their money is being used to help others.  Questions about Fundraising? Training? Nutrition/Hydration? You can find my advice on these topics here. Finally, I'll be letting you know where you can get special discounts on training gear, fitness coaching and more!

I hope you will find the postings here useful and timely. All of the links will be saved here for your future reference.  As always, if you don't find the information you need here, or if you'd like further clarification on a topic, please feel free to contact me!

Stay tuned....

By the morning of Day 7, before riding out of Ventura, I signed up for the next ride. I was hooked!
