To better assist you with your training program we are, with the help of many of our Community Supports Partners offering a wide variety of workshops and classes. Classes/clinics offered will include Bike Maintenance, Nutrition, Flat changing, Spin Classes, Yoga Classes, Hill climbing, and many more.
