Join us for our April Women’s ride! We are rocking this training season and today we have 56 miles to enjoy together. Hills? Of course we’ll practice our climbing and descending. The East Bay provide some outstanding training for us. Let’s also take this time to ask question about the Ride and get to know each other. What a fantastic group of humans we are!

We’ll have printed route sheets for all who RSVP and we’ll go over important safety tips in the morning. AIDS/LifeCycle training rides are planned and supported by dedicated volunteer Training Ride Leaders.

On Sunday we climb out of Castro Valley to Sunol then we roll down to Livermore through the vineyards. This is a  beautiful ride and we can’t wait to spend the day on bikes with you. We may adjust the route slightly due to storm road closures. We’ll check out the route before Sunday.
