Can you smell winter in the air? Does the unpredictable weather make it tricky to train for AIDS/LifeCycle? We gotchu boo! Your IL cycle rep, Seal, is coming to town, and throwing a FREE indoor spin class! That’s right, free! Let’s pack the house with riders, and sweat together!
ALC is partnering with Fitness Formula Club on Halsted to host this 60 minute class- you just bring your ID, water bottle, sweat towel, and cycling shoes (if you have them)!
Know anyone that might want to register for AIDS/LifeCycle 2020?!? Friends are always welcome at our events, so feel free to invite them to join us.
