Women & Nonbinary folks ride!
21 Miles, Mostly Flat
Meet: 10:00 AM
Ride-Out: 10:45 AM
Let’s get riding together! This group ride welcomes women and nonbinary folks for a social outdoor spin in the East Bay.
This AIDS/LifeCycle training ride is beginner-friendly, all-paces-welcome, and open to all! If you’re curious about joining the Ride, this is a great way to get to know the community and go on a ride with us before deciding to register.
We’ll have printed route sheets for all who RSVP and we’ll go over important safety tips in the morning. AIDS/LifeCycle training rides are planned and supported by Training Ride Leaders and we can’t wait to train with you this season!
Bring a friend! Our group rides are open to everyone. Register for our 7-day SF-to-LA ride for just $65 at aidslifecycle.org
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!
Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
