Join us for our March Women’s ride! We’ve got a sweet 45 miles to enjoy together. Hills? Of course we’ll practice our climbing and descending. The East Bay provide some outstanding training for us. Let’s also take this time to ask question about the Ride and get to know each other. What a fantastic group of humans we are!
We’ll have printed route sheets for all who RSVP and we’ll go over important safety tips in the morning. AIDS/LifeCycle training rides are planned and supported by Training Ride Leaders and we can’t wait to train with you this season!
If you are interested in attending, please RSVP so we have an idea of whose coming. Printed route sheets are also available to those who RSVP!

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
