VERY IMPORTANT: WE WILL MEET IN THE LOT ADJACENT TO BART STATION. THIS IS NOT THE LOT ACROSS THE STREET FROM STATION.
Join us for our final women, nonbinary, and trans cyclists group ride of the season. (But there are still lots of terrific training rides happening every weekend in NorCal so let’s keep riding!)
Let’s climb some hills together, let’s drink some coffee! You are doing something amazing and we have the honor of sharing this time together our our bikes.
Our 33 mile ride starts off with the 3 Bears. Who are these bears anyway? They sure feel like hills when we climb them. After the hills we’ll take Alhambra Valley Road and Pinole Valley Road to Starbucks in Hercules. We’ll return to Orinda via Castro Ranch Road and San Pablo Dam Road.
Printed route sheets available if you RSVP. Safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations!

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
