Let’s get riding together! This group ride welcomes women and nonbinary folks for a social outdoor spin in the East Bay.

Our monthly women and nonbinary folks training ride welcomes cyclists of all skill and experience levels. Friends are welcome! We’ll enjoy a beautiful 30 mile ride in the East Bay. (shorter routes can be suggested). We’ll meet in the Northern parking lot of the Orinda BART station. You can bring your bike on BART!

We’ll start with an optional Shifting Clinic (@9am) led by our Training Ride Leaders. Printed route sheets available if you RSVP. Safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations!

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.

COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
