We begin at the Balboa Tennis Center in Encino before heading west for a trip around Chatsworth Lake. Then we head over the Santa Susana Pass. After a descent into Simi Valley, we ride through town to climb up Erbes Road, then through Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village. After another climb up Mureau Road, we re-enter the San Fernando Valley and return to Encino.
Please meet in the parking lot just north of Burbank Blvd on Balboa Blvd. Please do not park in the lot on Burbank Blvd.

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottles, tire changing tools
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
