Houston-Area ALC Training Series
Ride the hills northwest and northeast of Bellville while the wildflowers are in full bloom! First route takes us through Industry and Kenney. It’s 43 miles of rolling hills and one steep climb with an 8% grade. Second route takes us to Buckhorn, where the rolling hills are not as steep and then back to Bellville. First route has 2 rest stops. Second route has one rest stop. Roads are Texas highways with wide shoulders and light to moderate traffic and rural roads with little to no traffic.
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations!
