The Cyclepaths come from all walks of life. We differ in ages, gender identities, fitness levels, and come in an array of shapes and sizes. We celebrate people of color and we encourage each other to embrace what makes you… you!
We contribute to the fight against HIV/AIDS by volunteering or riding our bicycles for 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles. We raise vital funds, help end stigma, and ultimately help END AIDS. Our mission is to make a difference, and have fun doing it! Our tradition is to “”take care of each other.””
On this ride Team Cyclepaths is cruising through the studio loop, building our climbing cadence up Mt. Hollywood, and breezing back down!
We’ll meet at Crystal Springs Picnic Area, move through the loop, stop at Priscilla’s for some coffee, water, and snacks, and then start climbing!
This is a great ride for beginners to get comfortable on and up the road, and for experienced ALC riders to get back into it. Shorter options are available if you want to skip climbs.
This is an official ALC training ride, TRL-supported. Please be familiar with ALC’s Safety Pillars and adhere to all rules. Your safety, as well as the safety of those around you, depends on it. No rider left behind!
Please come fed, come hydrated, and come with a positive attitude. We’re excited to ride with you!
