It’s Friday Ride Day! Join us for our welcoming rides of 30-50 miles. We start in Sausalito at Dunphy Park. New to these rides and driving your car? Ask us about nearby parking.
We welcome cyclists of all abilities, and strive to accommodate your needs and make your biking experience in Marin County both comfortable and safe. Our volunteer Training Ride Leaders provide you guidance and assistance as you prepare for the epic 545-mile ride in June.
Northgate Mall and Mill Valley: Northbound via Horse Hill, the Bike-Over-Bridge and the Cal Park Tunnel to San Rafael. Climb on the multi-use path along 101 to the mall for a rest stop at Peet’s. Next, bike to Mill Valley, via Camino Alto, for a lunch break at Le Marais Bakery, before returning to Dunphy Park.

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottles, tire changing tools
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
