Trudging Buddies is a sober cycling team that celebrates the power and strength in recovery through athletic activities and service. Join the Trudging Buddies as we hit the roads and train for AIDS/Lifecycle 2025!
Ready to crush those New Year’s vibes? Join our epic coastal ride from Marina Del Rey! Whether you’re fresh to cycling, a seasoned rider, or somewhere in between, we’ve got your perfect route.
Rolling out from Glen Alla Park, we’ll cruise the stunning coastline down to Malaga Cove in Palos Verde. From there, choose your own adventure:
Keep it chill with a mellow coastal spin back to MDR
Level up and conquer the PV Peninsula climb for some serious views before heading home
All levels welcome – no rider left behind! 🚴♂️

If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations.
