Join Coach Lorri Lee Lown of Savvy Bike on this Shelter-in-Place ride on Zwift. The ride itself will be about an hour long and we’ll keep the group together (virtually). Participating in this ride has 2 components: Zwift, a virtual reality indoor training platform and ZOOM, a video conferencing platform. Zoom is optional (but fun).
1 – Follow Lorri Lown on Zwift Companion App — her Zwift name is L. Savvybike.com
2 – Send Lorri an email requesting an invite to the ride. Her email is Lorri@savvybike.com
3 – Make sure to set up your trainer, download Zwift and the Zwift companion app and be ready to go by 5:30 (so we can troubleshoot your setup if needed).
For ZWIFT, you’ll need a Smart Trainer or a basic trainer with a Speed/Cadence Sensor or a power meter on your bike. The group ride with start promptly at 6:00pm. You should be on your bike spinning no later than 5:55pm. You will receive a prompt (lower left-side of your screen) to join the ride. Click “join” and you’re ready to do. Do not be late as you can’t join the ride if you’re even a minute late (this is a Zwift rule).
If you don’t have Zwift but want to join us, you can ZOOM in and do planks, pushups, run on the treadmill, ride your Peloton, etc.
