Heavy Rain Cancels
Let’s start “Ramping Up”: a Saturday series where everyone is welcome as we build our skills and endurance, preparing ourselves for AIDS/LifeCycle. This is a progressive series, each week riding farther and higher. We start with 17 miles and progress over the entire series of 18 rides.
This week we head south, enjoying relatively flat terrain with one easily handled bump up San Bruno Mountain, with an optional leg going all the way up to the top to the radio towers.
Everyone is welcome, even if you got a late training start, modifications are available. You really can do this!
