Training Wheels is a welcoming and inclusive group of riders in the South Bay area. We welcome riders of all skill and experience levels.
It’s that base building time of year! You know, shorter days, crisper air, and the sound of rubber on the roads.
As most of us have not been riding regularly during the dog days of summer, bring yourself and any friends to this series of rides, focusing on base building. That means reminding your body about riding mechanics, and putting some mileage into your Strava accounts.
On this ride (and all our Base Building rides) we are focused on spinning those legs and not coasting. Never coast!
Everyone is welcome, even if you got a late training start, modifications are available. You really can do this!
