Training Wheels is a welcoming and inclusive group of riders in the South Bay area. We welcome riders of all skill and experience levels. Our training gradually increases strength and endurance over the season, building steadily to a fitness level where you will ride to LA! And have fun while doing so.
Due to being rained out last week will ride last weeks route. We are fortunate to have great biking areas nearby, with several named segments. We ride Mt. Eden today, a very popular route with the biking set. It’s a great opportunity to practice your pedaling: make big circles with your feet so that you are pulling up as well as pushing down.
At this point, recommit to why you are doing the ride, and keep your training consistent. You’ll be fine.
All skill levels welcome. Even if you have just started training, just show up and we’ll take care of you.
