Training Wheels is a welcoming and inclusive group of riders in the South Bay area. We welcome riders of all skill and experience levels. Our training gradually increases strength and endurance over the season, building steadily to a fitness level where you will ride to LA! And have fun while doing so.
Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
Join the celebration of the blue wave. Yup, we just know it’s gonna happen. And if not, training goes on, we’ll help you get to LA and work out some of that excess energy in the process.
Today we’ll be in the 24-33 mile range, with a few more rollers. Just enough to push a bit harder here and there.
Today’s training theme: More Sprints! Still building that base, and alternating pushing hard and recovery, signaling our body to start manufacturing more oxygen carrying blood cells.
