AA! S7E9 – Rodin and the Redwoods
Few rides offer as much variety as this fun ride brings to the table. Mile 10? Stanford’s world famous Rodin Sculpture Garden. Mile 19 – coffee! , Mile 20-23 EDGEWOOD!, Mile 34 – Alpine Creek climb. Edgewood is surely the most challenging so far, the climb is all about attitude. It’s a two-mile climb that intimidates some riders, but with TRL’s there cheering you on and the love bubble of ALC, you’ll be surprised how fun it is to make this climb. At the top of the climb we’ll slide down into Woodside and we’ll tackle the Portola Loop via Tripp Road. And then up Alpine Creek. From here we’ll revisit the Arastradero, and finish up with some flatter terrain via the Central Expressway.
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have route alternatives during the ride. You will have a great bike ride!
Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
