Join AWESOME AHEAD!- (Sunnyvale) every Sunday to incrementally increase your distance and climbing, while learning the tips, tricks, and rules of the road that will make your ALC experience awesome!
AWESOME AHEAD! S7E3 – Climbing is Where the Fun Is!
One of the greatest reasons to enjoy the south bay and peninsula as a cyclist is being able to find those nuggets of outdoor space that you would never find otherwise. We’re excited on Ride #3 to introduce you to just such a spot. From our meetup, we’ll ride up to Stevens Creek Reservoir and into the Picchetti Ranch Open Space Preserve making our first true climb of the season, along the creek and up Mount Eden.
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have route alternatives during the ride. You will have a great bike ride!
