Join us for the People of Color AIDS/LifeCycle Kickoff Ride!
Are you ready to kick off the AIDS/LifeCycle 2020 season? Join the People of Color AIDS/LifeCycle community for a fabulous Kickoff Ride! AIDS/LifeCycle Kickoff Rides are beginner-friendly, all-paces-welcome, and open to all! If you’re curious about joining the Ride, this is a great way to get to know the community and go on a ride with us before deciding to register.
The AIDS/LifeCycle People of Color group is a community within a community – where POC can train together, share tips and resources about how to prepare for the Ride, and find empowerment in taking on the challenge of AIDS/LifeCycle.
We have a delightful 18-mile SF route to enjoy. We’ll pedal through Golden Gate Park down to Ocean Beach, bike around Lake Merced and return back to the park. We’ll stop midway for coffee and pastries at Peet’s Coffee.
We’ll have printed route sheets for all who RSVP and we’ll go over important safety tips in the morning. AIDS/LifeCycle training rides are planned and supported by Training Ride Leaders and we can’t wait to train with you this season!
