SoCal: Brand Library Ride with Pos Peds

This ride is co-hosted by Different Spokes and the Positive Pedalers. We start at the Crystal Springs Picnic Area and ride around the Los Angeles Zoo. We head west past the cemeteries as well as the Warner Brothers and Disney Animation Studios in Burbank. Here we begin a 2 mile gradual climb from the Bette Davis Picnic Area to the Brand Library in Glendale where we will have our rest stop. Next we’ll ride along quiet residential streets from Burbank to Glendale before we head back to Griffith Park along Little San Fernando Road. For those equipped with VERY strong legs, an optional steep climb up to the DeBell Golf Course will be offered. Repeat, this is optional, but will add about 1.5 miles and 450 feet of climbing to the total trip. Meeting place is the parking lot for the Crystal Spring Picnic Area.
