Intermediate #1 takes us from the streets of DTLA up to the Pasadena area as we visit Lida. Catch some incredible pics as you put those muscles to use, climbing over 2,000 ft! Before ride out, join us for our Shifting Clinic, led by team Captain’s Michael Eisman and Charles Britton. Learn how to shift when climbing to maximize your speed and endurance when heading up hills. See you there!
