Intermediate #5 is a doozy! With more climbing, we are heading up the Angeles Forest to Clear Creek. This route is designed as an out and back so that when the climbing is done, you can give the legs a break and let your bike coast as your safely descend back the way you came. Before ride out, learn about understanding the benefits of a bike computer and how it can help you train with this clinic from Michael and Sam.
Team FUBAR motto is “Find Strength in the Struggle”. We conduct some of the most challenging training rides in the SoCal ALC community, with the aim of ensuring that riders are empowered to ride all 545 miles come June.
