An AIDS/LifeCycle Official Training Ride co-hosted by Different Spokes and Pos Peds From Crystal Springs Picnic Area in Griffith Park we ride to Sunland where we take a break at the Sunland Produce Company. Next, we begin the popular 5-mile (900 foot) climb up La Tuna Canyon Road. We then have our second rest stop at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf / Kabab Daddy in Montrose before we roll down through La Crescenta and back to Griffith Park.
