Fill up your water bottles and take a tour of CYCLEBAR before we head out for a great ride down to the beach via Ballona Creek Bike Path. We’ll re-group at the bridge before we continue to do a lap up Westchester Parkway in Playa Del Rey. We have a quick water stop at Flowers by Felicia Coffee House before heading back.
For those of you who want more miles the longer route will continue to Palos Verdes for a spin around the PV Golf Course. Expect a few nice hills on this route. This is a great ride to start your training as you continue to build a foundation from your beginning rides to your advanced rides. Your TRL’s will be there every step of the way!
