SoCal: TRL Stretching & Rolling Clinic

This workshop is exclusive to 2019 Training Ride Leaders.
If you are a Training Ride Leader looking to expand your repertoire, join us for our first Training Ride Leader- Continued Education course! In our initial certification, we cover what makes a good TRL, but now its time to refine our skills so that we can provide the best feedback to the cyclists we are serving.
During this interactive clinic with Dr. Ken Ycmat of Liddy Health and Fitness we will learn proper use of a foam roller and some useful stretches for yourself and to teach your cyclists. The emphasis will be what to do on a ride if you have a rider cramping or having general discomfort. He’ll go over common issues seen on the ride and what quick fixes may aid immediately.
