This ride is part of the: Houston-Area ALC Training Series
This ride consists of two loops.
The first loop is to Foster and back with a single rest stop midway.
The second loop, which is optional, heads to Brookshire and can be 16 or 22 miles; rest stop is only on the 22-mile option.
Most of the route is on rural roads with low traffic.
The first loop has about 3 miles on Farm to Market roads with moderate traffic.
The second loop has up to 7 miles on Farm to Market roads.
Terrain is mostly flat.
The ride will be re-scheduled in the event of rain.
There are no facilities at the ride start but there are service stations and restaurants in Fulshear Town Center, which is close to the ride start (0.2 mile by car and 0.8 mile by bike).

REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools, and a mask.
COVID-19 Policy: Vaccination is required to participate. All participants must have received one Johnson & Johnson dose or the second Pfizer/Moderna dose at least two weeks before the Training Ride. Masks are required when 6’ of social distancing cannot be maintained. This includes rest stops, indoors and in vehicles with more than one person.
