Each year we take the feedback we receive from our community and work to make the Orientation Day experience better than ever. Please read below for details about Orientation day.

PLEASE NOTE: ORIENTATION DAY HOURS HAVE CHANGED THIS YEAR.

PARTICIPANT ORIENTATION MEETING:

  • Every Participant will need to sign up for a specific Participant Orientation Meeting.
  • The Orientation Day RSVP process will open May 1. Check back for details.

TIPS FROM THE EXPERTS:

  • Plan to spend at least 3 hours completing your Orientation Day process. This is a great time to make new friends while in line for Orientation Day services.
  • If you need to visit bike assembly, do so as early as possible. Bike assembly opens at 8 AM.
  • Both Cyclists and Roadies will need to bring their E-Tickets (available in your Participant Center) and valid identification (driver's license or other photo identification).
  • Plan to arrive no later than Noon to ensure completion of the Orientation Day check-in process.
  • Print multiple copies of your E-ticket and place them where you’re likely to see them on Orientation Day, so that you’re more likely to remember to bring one with you.
  • Roadies will need to participate in the 9 AM or 10 AM Participant Orientation Meeting.
  • You can visit Camp Store, Incentives, Medical, and Donor Services before the Participant Orientation Meeting, but you must complete the Participant Orientation Meeting before Check-In.

TRANSPORTATION TO ORIENTATION DAY:

Sports Basement Bryant will be providing Shuttle Bus service from their store to Orientation Day. The Sports Basement Shuttle Buses will run every hour from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM on Orientation Day.
