Let’s start “Ramping Up”: a Saturday series where everyone is welcome as we build our skills and endurance, preparing ourselves for AIDS/LifeCycle. This is a progressive series, each week riding farther and higher. We start with 17 miles and progress over the entire series of 18 rides.
This week we change our starting point to Crissy Field East Beach, just east of Sports Basement along the shore. We’ll cross Golden Gate Bridge and enjoy the view from the top of Hawk Hill overlooking Golden Gate Bridge (optional) before heading to Tiburon. After Tiburon we’ll head back to Golden Gate Bridge and back into San Francisco
Everyone is welcome, even if you got a late training start, modifications are available. You really can do this!
