Join Team Cyclepaths for their annual Reindeer Ride. Strap some reindeer antlers or holiday décor to your helmet and join us for a 40 mile ride that starts and ends at Lawless Brewing Co. in North Hollywood.
After the ride, stick around for Reindeer Games (Jenga, Corn Hole, Connect 4) and have a beer or two with the Cyclepaths. Food is available for purchase from Food Trucks.
Special Thank you to Lawless Brewing CO in North Hollywood for hosting AIDS/LifeCycle and Team Cyclepaths.
The Route:
From Lawless brewing Co in North Hollywood, , we take the Orange Line Bike Path toward Sunland. Our first rest stop is at Sunland Produce. From there, we take on La Tuna Canyon –This hill has a steady and gradual 4.5 mile climb to the top, and a nice shoulder with turnouts if you need to take a break.
Even if you are new to cycling and haven’t ridden on hills yet, this is a great hill for learning to climb: take it easy, find your hill climbing rhythm, remember to breathe, and just keep pedaling (with breaks as needed). With the help and encouragement from Cyclepaths and Training Ride leaders, you will make it to the top!
After La Tuna, We’ll take a break in Montrose and then continue to the Pasadena Rose Bowl before beginning our return to North Hollywood.
