AWESOME AHEAD Season 10 Ride #9 – Auguste Rodin and the Redwoods Few rides offer as much variety as this fun ride brings to the table. Mile 10? Stanford’s world-famous Rodin Sculpture Garden. Mile 20-23 EDGEWOOD!, Mile 34 – the amazing Alpine Creek climb. Edgewood is surely the most challenging so far, it’s a two-mile climb that intimidates some riders, but with TRL’s there cheering you on, you’ll be surprised how fun this climb is. At the top of the climb we’ll slide down into Woodside and we’ll tackle the Portola Loop via Tripp Road. Our second long climb takes us along the beautiful Alpine Creek. Then onto Arastradero, and finish up with some flatter terrain via the Central Expressway.
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!
