Join Community Partner AVID Sports Med for a workshop.
The Avid Sports Medicine team will break down the top 5 things cyclists can do to prevent injury and maximize performance. Then we’ll lead the group in our signature Avid Cyclist Warm-up, a demo of the most effective moves to do before hitting the road or trail. We’ll wrap up with a Q&A from the group.
