Welcome!
Welcome! Cycling Chingonas is partnering with Eden Bicycles of Castro Valley for the Eden East Bay Epic Training Rides. These rides are designed to prepare you mentally and physically for this year’s ALC ride in June. We will choose different routes in the East Bay to challenge you and prepare you for that time when you say “why the hell did I sign up this?” It’s gonna be great! AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace.
This is a beautiful 8 mile climb up Redwood Rd. BUT then we turn around and it’s 8 miles downhill till we hit a very short steep climb. Wheeee. It will be chilly so dress appropriately.
AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace. And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!
