Houston=Area ALC Training Rides
This ride will take us into the environs of Sealy, Bellville, and Cat Spring, and is our first ride this season with rolling hills. About half of the first loop has hills. The rest of the routes are flat. There will be some riding on TX State Hwy 36, which is almost a freeway but has light traffic and generous shoulders. Rest of the route is on either FM roads or country roads with light to moderate traffic. If the wind is from the south, you will have the extra training benefit of climbing hills into a headwind, which can make this ride particularly challenging.
All AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace.
