Welcome to the Marin Marauders Training Group Fall Follies Sunday training series. The Fall Follies are designed to give us some cycling exercise during the winter months. Each week we will choose a different route though Marin with the intent at helping you stay in shape and possibly learn some new tips and tricks! The routes through Marin are perfect for preparing for the ride and are a great opportunity for new cyclists as well as returning cyclists getting back on their bikes. We start each ride at Hal Brown Park in Greenbrae / Kentfield. All AIDS/LifeCycle official training rides are an inclusive and safe space welcoming ANY and ALL, regardless of skill level or cycling pace.
Our 5th ride of the Fall Follies will take us from Hal Brown over to a Tibuton Loop. You may remember, we did this as our firest ride this year. Instead of returning though to Hal Brown, we will add on a China Camp Loop. Great scenery, great food, great people. It’s a win!
The route is at:https://ridewithgps.com/routes/45023342/
All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations.
Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
If you are interested in attending, please RSVP so we have an idea of who’s coming. Have questions? Contact Ken and Temo at marinmarauders@gmail.com
REQUIRED ITEMS: bike, helmet, water bottle(s), tire changing tools.
Parking: The rangers have politely asked us to NOT park directly in front of the park. Rather park further down Bon Air Road or on the opposite side of the street from the Park. By doing so, we will give greater access to the park by other patrons
If you experience problems with the RSVP button, please email the RSVP to marinmarauders@gmail.com
