Ok everyone!! It is time to start doubling up on our training rides. One of the most important things in our training for the ride is to get our bodies ready to ride for multiple days in a row, so let’s start getting more miles in on Sundays!!

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! And remember, safety is critical. We will be following all bicycling laws and regulations as well as COVID regulations.!
