Start your day in the most delightful of ways! Wake up your legs with an AIDS/LifeCycle midweek training ride. We’ll meet in the heart of the Castro and climb our way to the top of Twin Peaks. At the top we’ll stop for photos and there’s time to ask questions of the AIDS/LifeCycle staff and share tips with fellow riders.

All skill levels are welcome! If any ride is too much, we will work with you on making sure you have alternatives to the entire route. You will have a great bike ride. That’s a win! Reach out with any of your questions or concerns. You really can do this.
