Bike Shipping
AIDS/LifeCycle provides two options for bike shipping:
- Ace Ride – ships fully-assembled bikes to and from the Ride, from within California as well as across the United States
- FedEx – ships boxed bikes to the Cow Palace in advance of the Ride.
***IMPORTANT: If you ship your bike independently with any shipping service other than through our partners listed below, DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE COW PALACE. Only event partners listed are authorized to consolidate bike shipments for delivery to the Cow Palace. If you ship your bike independently to a business, residence or hotel you assume full responsibility for the timely arrival and condition.
***Please note, should you choose to use a third-party shipper such as Bike Flights please select the appropriate amount of insurance for your bicycle.
