FedEx
FedEx is able to provide shipping service to all of our participants via FedEx Ground. Bikes must be disassembled at your local bike shop before boxing your bike to ship to the Cow Palace.
Please bring your boxed bike to a staffed FedEx location and ship your bike between May 16th – May 28th, and select FedEx Ground Service. Please check that your registered name appears on the shipping label and your bike box. Anything shipped after May 28th is not guaranteed to arrive at the Cow Palace by Orientation Day.
Please use this address to ship to Cow Palace:
Cow Palace
c/o AIDS/LifeCycle
(PARTICIPANT NAME and Cell Phone Number)
2600 Geneva Ave
Daly City, CA 94014
You must include the best phone number to reach you on Orientation Day.
IMPORTANT: If you ship your bike independently with any shipping service other than through our partners listed below, DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE COW PALACE. Only event partners listed are authorized to consolidate bike shipments for delivery to the Cow Palace. If you ship your bike independently to a business, residence or hotel you assume full responsibility for the timely arrival and condition.
Please note, should you choose to use a third party shipper such as Bike Flights please select the appropriate amount of insurance for your bicycle.
Tip: Tune-up your bike BEFORE shipping to avoid potentially long lines at the Cow Palace.
Cannondale / Incycle Post-Event Shipping
Cannondale and Incycle will be on-site at the Finish Line Festival to help you ship your bike home. Bikes traveling in hard-case bike boxes may be disassembled at the Finish Line by Cannondale bike techs. Cost for assembly – $30 and cost for disassembly – $30 credit card only.
NEW FOR 2022! All other bikes – including all bikes being shipped in cardboard bike boxes – will be taken off-site after the event ends for disassembly, packing, and shipping.
