SHIPPING YOUR BIKE TO THE RIDE
AIDS/LifeCycle provides several options for bike shipping to the Cow Palace as well as an option to have your bike assembled for you by our bike shop partner Newbury Park Bike Shop:
- Fully Assembled Bike Shipping: ACE RIDE ships fully-assembled bikes to and from the Ride for participants who live in California and some of our Out-of-State regions.
- Boxed Bike Shipping: BIKEFLIGHTS and FEDEX offer shipping of pre-boxed bikes directly to the event for AIDS/LifeCycle participants.
- NOTE: If your bike requires assembly at the Cow Palace, you must book that service through Newbury Park Bike shop below.
IMPORTANT:
- If you ship your bike independently with any shipping service other than through our partners listed below, DO NOT SHIP DIRECTLY TO THE COW PALACE. Only event partners listed are authorized to consolidate bike shipments for delivery to the Cow Palace. If you ship your bike with another shipper, please address it to your hotel, a friend in San Francisco, a San Francisco-based bike shop, or a shipping hub.
- When shipping your bike, you assume full responsibility for the timely arrival and condition.
- ***Please note: AIDS/LifeCycle does not accept responsibility for any damages or losses experienced during shipping. It is your responsibility to select the appropriate amount of insurance when booking shipping.
